Lotus Village United Mentoring Program
Booker T. Washington’s quote, “Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome while trying to succeed ” emphasizes the importance of resilience, self-determination, and the ability to overcome challenges on the path to success.
Lotus Village United offers support and creates thought-provoking experiences to encourage insightful decision-making processes and future planning skills for at-risk youth. We empower young people to build positive relationships, contribute to their communities, pursue their dreams, and pave the way for successful and independent living for years to come. Our supportive services are individually tailored to identify and capitalize on each participant’s strengths and encourage development in areas of weakness as they progress toward self-sufficiency and stability.
